Detailed Itinerary

Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport/Railway station, begin your memorable Himachal journey. Drive to Shimla, reaching in approximately 4 hours. Check into the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. Shimla, known as the "Queen of Hills," is admired for its scenic beauty and colonial charm that has lasted since British India.
Arrive in Shimla, where a representative will transfer you to the hotel (Note: Check-in and check-out are at 12:00 noon, early check-in subject to availability). After freshening up, visit Jakhu Temple, where Hanuman Ji is believed to have rested during his search for the Sanjivini plant. Then visit the Viceregal Lodge, once the British Viceroy's residence, now used as an academic institution. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, enjoy a trip to Kufri, a famous ski destination in winter and a scenic picnic spot in summer. Return to Shimla to explore landmarks like The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar, and Christ Church. Stay overnight at your hotel.
After breakfast, drive from Shimla to Sarahan, passing through Kufri, Theog, Fagu, Narkanda, and Rampur. Stop for lunch in Rampur. Upon arrival in Sarahan, check into your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a panoramic view of the Shrikhand Peaks. Visit the 800-year-old Bhimkali Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peeths, and attend the evening Aarti. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Start the day with morning prayers at Bhimkali Temple. After breakfast, check out and drive to Sangla via Karcham. Sangla, located in the Baspa Valley, is considered one of the most picturesque valleys in Himachal. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. After lunch, relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Stay overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, visit Chitkul village, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border, located 20 km from Sangla on the right bank of the Baspa River. The village is famous for the temple of the local goddess ‘Chitkul Maathi’ (Mata Devi). Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Kalpa, the district headquarters of Kinnaur. Kalpa, once known as Chini, has changed little over the centuries. Lord Dalhousie often visited Kalpa to take breaks from his duties in Shimla. The village offers breathtaking views of Jorkanden and Kinner Kailash Peaks, home to a 79-foot rock formation resembling a Shivlinga, visible to the naked eye. Visit the Buddhist Gompa, Hu Bu Lan Kar, and enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, explore Kalpa and the nearby Roghi village, known for their apple and apricot orchards. The villages are surrounded by pine forests, offering spectacular views of Mount Kinner Kailash (6,000 meters). Early in the morning, watch the sunrise as it paints the peaks in crimson and gold. Kalpa, once the capital of Kinnaur, still retains its heritage village charm. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Nako. En route, visit Nako Lake, a picturesque hamlet in Kinnaur. Nako, set around a small lake, is soon to be declared a heritage village. It is home to an important Buddhist Gompa and a small temple. A rock impression resembling the footprint of the saint Guru Padmasambhava is another highlight. Overnight stay in Nako.
After an early breakfast, join the morning prayers and then visit the Tabo Monastery, built in 996 AD. The monastery, considered a ‘Doctrinal Circle,’ houses nine temples, 23 chortens, a monk’s chamber, and a nun’s chamber. On the cliff face above the enclave, a series of caves used by monks for meditation includes an assembly hall. The monastery holds scriptures, art pieces, wall paintings, and stucco work. Overnight stay in Tabo.
After an early breakfast, drive to Kaza, the capital of Spiti Valley. En route, visit Dhankar Gompa, the traditional capital of Spiti, perched on a hilltop. The Dhankar Fort once served as a jail and offers a splendid view of the valley. The monastery is home to a striking statue of Dhyan Buddha, with four figures of Buddha sitting back to back. After the tour, proceed to Kaza for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, head toward Chandertal via Kunzum Pass, one of the highest motorable passes in the Kunzum range, at an altitude of 4,551 meters. Atop Kunzum, visit the temple of Goddess Kunjum (Durga/Parvati), believed to guard the pass from evil. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp near Chandertal.
After breakfast, visit Chandertal Lake (the Lake of the Moon), situated at an altitude of 4,300 meters (14,100 feet). Visitors often circumambulate the lake seeking blessings. In the afternoon, drive to Manali via Rohtang Pass, passing through scenic spots like Rani Nala, Marhi, waterfalls, Gulaba, Kothi, Palchan, and Nehru Kund. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.
After breakfast, drive to Kullu to experience thrilling river rafting (optional, at your own expense) and visit the world-famous Pashmina Shawl Factory. Later, visit Vaishno Devi Temple en route to Manikaran, a revered pilgrimage site known for its Ram Temple and impressive Gurudwara. Manikaran is also famous for its hot springs, where you can cook rice or dal in minutes. Return to Manali by 5 PM for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh. You will be dropped at Chandigarh railway station or airport in the evening, marking the end of your memorable Himachal journey.

Just wanted to let you know that the trip was fantastic and everything went as planned...! From all the hotels location to having arranged good cab services with all necessary arrangements, all was very good...we were two families comprising a group of 6 people and everything was perfectly executed. We appreciate all of her hard work, even the trip cost came out to be competitive and lesser than others in the market...can't forget to mention about the last day hassle owing to flight cancellation and you had swiftly arranged the cab back to Srinagar from Leh and that too at good price, saved our 4 days...!!At last, the trip was wonderful - lots of great memories were made...!Thank you again Nikhil, would definitely recommend to others...! Good bye for a while until we talk again to plan our next trip...!!
