• Surcharges apply if your travel dates fall between April 1st and June 30th, Northeastern holiday week, and December 20th to January 5th, due to heavy travel traffic. Please note that the local union imposes these levies, and Antelope Tour is not a party to them.
  • Antelope Tours retains the right to alter or change the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather conditions, roadblocks, and so on.
  • Pickup from the airport should take place between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. It is encouraged to stay in Siliguri beyond these times, and travelers should notify Antelope Tour prior to booking if they will be arriving after 7 p.m. in Siliguri so that Antelope Tour can alter their itinerary.
  • Travelers wearing turbans are not permitted in Lachen, according to state regulations.
  • By default, we reserve a regular room in the category selected by the traveler. If a traveler chooses a higher-category room or a suite, they must specify this when reserving the package.
  • Vehicles are not at the disposal of the North East, and they may not depart from the itinerary unless an issue arises, such as inclement weather, political/social unrest, roadblocks, VVIP movements, or state transportation law prohibition. Only point-to-point transportation is available. Also, because Sumo/Bolero vehicles are not permitted to operate in the main market area between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 20:00 p.m., they are not permitted to transport passengers straight to and from hotels in Sikkim, Darjeeling, Gangtok, and Pelling.
  • The Nathula Pass is available for an additional fee of 4000 INR per car, payable on the spot and subject to availability. (Applicable if the package includes Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir.)
  • Mt. Katao, Kalapathhar, Chopta Valley, and Zero Point can be included for an additional fee of 4000/place, payable on the spot and based on availability. (It only applies to North Sikkim.)
  • Cholamo Lake, Green Lake, and Lonak Valley are trekking routes where cabs are not permitted and where the Sikkim government has restricted transit choices.
  • Services in Tata Sumo/bolero/non-luxury automobile (Allotted by Govt local union) cannot be guaranteed in excellent condition because the vehicles are usually quite old and have previously been driven for over 1 lakh kilometers in difficult terrains. We don’t book these automobiles for travelers.
  • Due to low oxygen levels, it is not suggested for senior individuals or children under the age of four to visit Gurudongmar Lake. North Sikkim tourism does not issue permits for infants under the age of two, therefore if you have a newborn, you will not be able to visit North Sikkim.
  • Heavy rains are expected between June and September, which could result in last-minute itinerary modifications. A permission to visit North Sikkim may not be provided if the routes are blocked due to landslides or other natural disasters. Antelope Tours will arrange alternative sightseeing for travelers; however, the expense of alternative lodging must be covered by the customer, as hotels that have been pre-booked have cancellation policies that are nonrefundable. When you reserve the motels yourself, this is usually what happens.
  • If a sightseeing point is not finished due to time limits, traffic jams, natural disasters, tourists arriving late, permits being issued late, or any other reason beyond Antelope Tour’s control, Antelope Tour will not be responsible for a refund or discount.
  • The bundle is subject to GST, which is not included in the aforementioned price.
  • Flights, train tickets, and bus tickets are not included in the package.
  • The passenger is responsible for paying for their overseas airfare, visa fees, airport tax, and any insurance coverage.
  • The route passes through an environmentally friendly zone; trash at local sites or campsites is not encouraged.
  • Each individual guest must provide identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. A legitimate address evidence will not be considered if you have a PAN card.
  • The state government’s guidelines must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization is recommended on a regular basis, as is the wearing of a mask.
  • During the tour, do not drink alcohol or use any other intoxicants.
  • Solo foreign travelers are not permitted in any of the areas that require an Inner Line Permit. A minimum of two international visitors must go together with an Indian guide.
