Inclusion
- Accommodation – You will spend the first few days of the walk at a guesthouse/camps in Sankri and the rest of the hike in camp (3 people/tent). The male and female participants have their own room/tent.
- Food – (Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner). On all days of the journey, we give basic, nutritious vegetarian/Jain meals.
- Trekking equipment – All of the campgrounds have high-quality tents and sleeping bags. Sleeping bags are designed to endure temperatures as low as -10 degrees Celsius.
- Safety equipment, such as a first-aid kit, oxygen cylinders, and an oximeter, will be carried by the guide/trek leader and kept at the campsite in case of an emergency.
- Experienced trek leaders – All of our trek leaders have completed a basic/advanced mountaineering course as well as a first aid course.
- Expert Trek Support Team – Certified guides, cooks, helpers, and porters make up the mountain staff on Har Ki Dun hiking.
How to Get to Dehradun:
Dehradun is accessible by air, rail, and road. The nearest railway station is Dehradun Junction, which is well connected to major northern Indian towns, most notably New Delhi. Domestic planes arrive at Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun on a regular basis from a number of important Indian cities. Regular bus connections to and from Dehradun are also available, thanks to the strong road network.

- The state government’s guidelines must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization is recommended on a regular basis, as is the wearing of a mask.
- Each individual guest must provide identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. A legitimate address evidence will not be considered if you have a PAN card.
- Any breakage or damage to resort property will be invoiced at cost.
- Based on the option chosen, stay in a room in the base category.
- It is recommended that you bring adequate warm clothing and appropriate footwear for the tour.
- Please keep in mind that the price of the package may change depending on flight tickets, availability, and travel dates. It’s best to talk to a travel agency about it.
- The cost of the bundle is subject to GST.
- Avoid using plastic bags to preserve the destination’s ecological balance. Travelers who litter may face fines.
- Swimming pool usage is tightly governed by government regulations at all lodgings.
- Bring dry snacks/food from home, such as granola bars. Carry two water bottles, one standard and the other insulated, so you can refill them.
- The package does not include any international or domestic airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, or insurance coverage.
- For Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe properties, the displayed prices are for a minimum of 2 PAX.
- Extra adventurous activities and ropeways/cable cars are not included in the tour and must be paid for separately.
- If the tour or a specific activity is not performed for any reason, natural or personal, no refund will be issued.
- In hilly areas, the air conditioning does not work.
