The Triund Trek is one of the shortest and simplest Himalayan hikes, featuring breathtaking scenery and a magnificent vista of the snow-capped Dhauladhar peaks and Kangra valley.This two-day hike can easily be completed over the weekend. Most of us don’t have enough time to travel, discover new locations, or embark on an exciting adventure. The Triund trip allows us to experience the beauty and tranquility of the Himalayans. While the trek is short, it will undoubtedly provide you with a taste of excitement, as the trail is a little steep at times.

How to get there: Dharamshala’s Gaggal Airport, also known as Kangra Airport, is about 20 kilometers from McLeod Ganj and is well connected to Delhi, Kullu, and Chandigarh. McLeod Ganj is connected to other cities such as Delhi, Chandigarh, and Dharamshala by a multitude of state-owned and commercial buses. The nearest wide gauge railhead for travelers traveling to McLeod Ganj is Pathankot Railway Station, which is around 90 kilometers distant.

• Begin the Triund Trek Himachal Pradesh by arriving at the Bhagsu Nag Taxi Stand before 10:00 a.m.Begin your hike towards McLeodganj's largest waterfall, which is a visual treat. Refresh yourself (at your own expense) in your campsite in Leta/Mana village before continuing on your tour. At your campsite in Leta/Mana village, unload your luggage. Make a pit stop for refreshments (at your own own) before continuing on your journey. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Kangra valley on one side and the Dhauladhar mountain range on the other as you climb to the top.When heading north, you'll see the stunning Dhauladhar mountains across the Triund valley, as well as the lovely village of Mcleodganj.After an hour or two of admiring the scenery, begin your descent.Enjoy the fantastic experience of a bonfire along with dinner (about 8 PM) with some soothing music beneath a sky full of stars by trekking down to the campsite at Leta/Mana village and arriving at the destination for having a break after a tiring day.

• Wake up to a stunning sunrise in the highlands and feast on a full meal. Duration: 3-4 hours | Elevation: 2,828 m Interact with the locals while exploring the wonderful sights of the surroundings. As you descend, take in the relaxing beauty of a herd of sheep grazing in the verdant meadows. Later, enjoy a pleasant tea session in a tea shack near the ridge while taking in the views of Kangra Valley. Return to the starting place (about 12:30 PM) The Triund walk concludes here, with a backpack full of memories to treasure for a lifetime.

- The package does not include any personal expenses or things of a personal nature. Any meals or transfers not specified in the itinerary are considered exclusions from the package.
- No alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water drinks are included in the package price.
- The state government’s guidelines must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization is recommended on a regular basis, as is the wearing of a mask.
- Each individual guest must provide identification at the time of booking as well as upon arrival. A legitimate address evidence will not be considered if you have a PAN card.
- Any breakage or damage to resort property will be invoiced at cost.

- The cost of the bundle is subject to GST.
- Avoid using plastic bags to preserve the destination’s ecological balance. Travelers who litter may face fines.
- Swimming pool usage is tightly governed by government regulations at all lodgings.
- Bring dry snacks/food from home, such as granola bars. Carry two water bottles, one standard and the other insulated, so you can refill them.
- The package does not include any international or domestic airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, or insurance coverage.
- For Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe properties, the displayed prices are for a minimum of 2 PAX.
- Extra adventurous activities and ropeways/cable cars are not included in the tour and must be paid for separately.
- If the tour or a specific activity is not performed for any reason, natural or personal, no refund will be issued.
- In hilly areas, the air conditioning does not work.
